Addisons advises Bega Cheese on the Sale of its Leeton Juice Extraction Facility to Grove Juice and entry into a Long-term Supply Agreement

Australian law firm Addisons has advised Bega Cheese Limited on all aspects of its October 2024 sale of its Leeton Juice Extraction Facility to Grove Juice for AUD$11.4 million. The Bega Group simultaneously entered into a long-term supply agreement which will see Grove Juice process fruit juice at the Leeton site to support Bega Group’s beverage range.

The sale and long-term supply agreement are in line with Bega Group’s announced strategy of engaging in strong, effective and cost-sustainable partnerships that streamline products and simplify supply.
